If you’re having trouble booking a ride, don’t worry—this is usually caused by a few common issues. Follow the steps below to resolve it.

Common reasons you can’t request a ride

  • No drivers available in your area
  • Poor internet connection
  • Incorrect pickup or drop-off location

What you can do

1. Check your location

  • Move your pin to a nearby road or accessible area
  • Avoid restricted zones (e.g., private roads or no-pickup areas)

2. Check your internet connection

  • Ensure you have a stable connection
  • Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data

3. Try booking again

  • Tap “Book Again” or refresh the app
  • Wait a few minutes if demand is high

4. Restart or update the app

  • Close and reopen the app
  • Check if you’re using the latest version
  • Restart your device if needed

 5. Check your account status

  • Make sure your account is active and verified
  • Resolve any outstanding issues (e.g., unpaid balances, flagged activity)

Tips to increase your chances of getting a ride

  • Book from a busy or main road
