Unable to Request a Ride

Issue:

  • The app won’t allow you to book a ride, or the “Request Ride” button is grayed out.

Solutions:

  • Check Payment Method: Ensure that your payment method is valid and up-to-date.

    • Go to the Payments or Wallet section of the app and verify your card or payment method.

  • Check Driver Availability: Sometimes, no drivers are available in your area. Try refreshing the app or waiting a few minutes before attempting to book again.

  • Verify Account Status: If your account is suspended or restricted (e.g., due to payment issues or policy violations), you may not be able to book rides. Contact customer support for assistance.
