App Stuck on "Looking for Drivers"

If your booking screen stays on “Looking for Drivers” for a long time, it usually means the app is still trying to find an available driver nearby. 


Why this happens

  • High demand – More riders than available drivers
  • Low driver availability in your area
  • Remote or hard-to-reach pickup location
  • Poor internet or GPS connection


What you can do

1. Wait a bit longer

  • In busy times, it may take longer to match with a driver
  • Keep the app open while searching continues


2. Try booking again

  • Cancel the request and tap “Book Again”
  • Refreshing your request can sometimes improve matching


3. Adjust your pickup location

  • Move your pin to a main road or accessible area
  • Avoid narrow streets or restricted zones


4. Check your connection and GPS

  • Ensure stable internet (Wi-Fi or mobile data)
  • Turn on Location/GPS and set it to high accuracy


5. Try a different ride option

  • If available, select another vehicle type
  • Some options may have more drivers nearby


Tips to get matched faster

  • Book from busy areas with more drivers
  • Avoid peak hours if possible
  • Be ready at your pickup point to avoid delays


Still no driver found?

If you’re unable to get matched after multiple attempts:

  • Try again after a few minutes
  • Contact Support if the issue seems unusual or persistent

  • You are not charged while the app is still searching
  • Matching depends on real-time supply and demand
  • This issue is usually temporary
