App Stuck on "Looking for Drivers"

Issue:

  • The app gets stuck while searching for available drivers and does not assign one.


Solutions:

  • Cancel and Try Again: Cancel the ride request and try again after a few minutes.

  • Restart the App: Close and reopen the app to reset the ride search process.

  • Switch Location: Move to a different spot or closer to a main road to see if there are more available drivers in that area.
