Downloading and Setting Up the Driver App

  1. Download the App:

    • Search for "Driver" and download the app.

  2. Create an Account:

    • Open the app and select the option to sign up as a driver.

  3. Upload Necessary Documents:

    • You will need to provide documents such as:

      • Valid driver’s license

      • Vehicle registration

      • Proof of insurance

      • Other identification documents (like a government-issued ID).

    • Ensure that you have clear photographs of these documents.

  4. Vehicle Information:

    • Enter details of the vehicle you will be using, including:

      • Make and model

      • Year

      • Color

      • Plate number.

  5. Onboarding and Training:

    • Follow any onboarding instructions provided in the app.

    • You may need to attend a training session or watch training videos to understand how to use the app and handle rides.

  6. Background Check:

    • The company will conduct a background check to ensure safety standards are met.

  7. Activate Your Account:

    • Once your documents are verified and if you pass the background check, your account will be activated.

    • You might receive a notification or an email confirming your activation.

  8. Start Driving:

    • After activation, you can log in to the app, turn on your availability, and start accepting ride requests.
