How do I find my driver after booking?

Once your ride is confirmed, the app gives you everything you need to quickly locate your driver and connect with them. 

Track your driver in real-time

• After booking, you’ll see your driver’s live location on the map
• The app shows:
  • Driver’s current position
  • Estimated arrival time (ETA)
  • Route to your pickup point

Check driver and vehicle details

Before your driver arrives, review the information shown in the app:

• Driver’s name and photo
• Vehicle model, color, and plate number

This helps ensure you get into the correct vehicle.

Contact your driver

• Confirm your exact pickup point or give landmarks if needed

Be ready at your pickup point

• Stay in the selected pickup location
