Rating your driver and feedback

Rate on a 5-Star Scale:

  • You will be asked to rate the driver using a 5-star rating system:

    • 5 Stars: Excellent service, courteous driver, smooth experience.

    • 4 Stars: Good service with minor issues.

    • 3 Stars: Average ride, some areas for improvement.

    • 2 Stars: Below average, several issues during the ride.

    • 1 Star: Poor experience, serious concerns with the driver or ride.

Consider Important Factors:

  • When giving your rating, think about:

    • Driver’s behavior: Was the driver polite and professional?

    • Safety: Did the driver follow traffic laws and drive safely?

    • Timeliness: Did the driver arrive on time and take a reasonable route?

    • Vehicle condition: Was the car clean and well-maintained?

Provide Additional Feedback

  • Write a Comment (Optional):

  • After giving a star rating, you may have the option to leave additional written feedback. Be specific about what you liked or disliked.

    • Positive Examples: “Driver was very friendly and took the fastest route,” or “The car was clean, and the driver offered great conversation.”

    • Constructive Examples: “Driver missed a turn and had to reroute,” or “The car could have been cleaner.”

  • Select Feedback Options (Optional):

  • Some apps let you select pre-set feedback tags (e.g., “Clean car,” “Great conversation,” “Unsafe driving”) to quickly indicate what stood out during the ride.

  • Report Serious Issues:

  • If you experienced a serious problem, such as unsafe driving or inappropriate behavior, provide details in the feedback section or use the “Report a Problem” option in the app for more formal complaints.
