Report a Problem with Your Driver

If you experienced any issues during your ride, you can easily report it through the app. Your feedback helps us maintain a safe and reliable experience for everyone. 


How to report a driver issue

  1. Open the app and go to Your Trips / Ride History
  2. Select the ride where the issue occurred
  3. Tap “Help” or “Report a Problem”
  4. Choose the type of issue and provide details


What you can report

  • Unprofessional behavior or poor service
  • Unsafe driving (e.g., speeding, reckless driving)
  • Incorrect route taken
  • Vehicle condition concerns
  • Overcharging or fare disputes
  • Requests to go outside the app (e.g., direct payment)


Provide supporting details

To help us investigate faster, include:

  • A clear description of what happened
  • Date and time of the trip
  • Screenshots, photos, or receipts (if available)


What happens after you report

  • Your report will be reviewed by our support team
  • We may contact you for additional information
  • Appropriate action will be taken, which may include driver warnings, suspension, or further investigation

  • Always remain factual and provide accurate information
  • For urgent safety concerns, contact emergency services immediately
