Once you’ve filled out the report, submit it through the app. You may receive an automated response acknowledging your complaint.
Check for Follow-Up:
The ride-hailing company will typically follow up via email or in-app notifications. They may offer compensation (e.g., a refund or ride credit) or address the issue directly with the driver.
What Types of Issues Can You Report?
Driver Behavior: Rude or inappropriate behavior, harassment, or discrimination.
Safety Concerns: Dangerous driving, failure to follow traffic laws, or unsafe vehicle conditions.
