If you left something behind during your ride, act quickly to increase your chances of getting it back.
Step 1: Check your recent trip
- Open the app and go to Your Trips / Ride History
- Select the trip where you may have lost your item
Step 2: Contact your driver
- Use the Call or Chat option linked to your trip
- Clearly describe the lost item (color, size, details)
- Ask if the item has been found
Step 3: Report the lost item
If you can’t reach the driver or need further help:
- Go to Help / Support
- Select the relevant trip
- Tap “Report Lost Item”
- Provide details:
- Description of the item
- Date and time of the ride
- Pickup and drop-off locations
Step 4: Arrange item return
- If the item is found, coordinate with the driver for return
- This may involve:
- Meet-up at a convenient location
- Delivery (additional fee may apply)
