App Not Loading or Crashing

Issue:

  • The app fails to load or crashes unexpectedly.

Solutions:

  • Check Internet Connection: Ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection. Try switching between Wi-Fi and cellular data to see if it resolves the issue.

  • Restart the App: Force close the app and reopen it. On most phones:

    • iOS: Double-click the Home button (or swipe up from the bottom) and swipe the app away to close it.

    • Android: Tap the Recent Apps button and swipe the app off the screen.

  • Restart Your Device: Power off and restart your phone, then try launching the app again.

  • Clear App Cache (Android): Go to your phone’s settings, find the app, and clear its cache. This can solve temporary data issues.

  • Update the App: Make sure you’re using the latest version of the app by checking the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) for updates.

  • Reinstall the App: If the problem persists, delete and reinstall the app to ensure you have a fresh, up-to-date version.
