What to do if you lose something in the vehicle?

If you’ve left an item behind during your ride, don’t worry—there are steps you can take to try and recover it.


Step 1: Check your recent trip

  • Open the app and go to Your Trips / Ride History
  • Select the ride where you may have lost your item


Step 2: Contact your driver

  • Use the Call or Chat option linked to your recent trip
  • Politely ask if your item was found
  • Provide a clear description of the lost item 


 Step 3: Report through the app

If you can’t reach the driver:

  1. Go to Help / Support
  2. Select the relevant trip
  3. Tap “Report Lost Item”
  4. Fill in details such as:
    • Description of the item
    • Date and time of the ride
    • Pickup and drop-off locations


Step 4: Arrange item return

  • If the driver confirms they found your item, coordinate a return method
  • This may include meet-up or delivery (fees may apply depending on arrangement)


 Important reminders

  • Recovery is not guaranteed, but reporting quickly increases your chances
  • Always double-check your belongings before exiting the vehicle
  • Avoid sharing sensitive personal information when coordinating the return
