• Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) can be contacted at 136 for roadside assistance

Gather Information

1. Document the Accident:

   • Take pictures of the accident scene, vehicle damage, and any visible injuries. Make sure to include:

     • License plates of all involved vehicles.

     • The position of the cars.

     • Surrounding traffic signs and signals.

2. Get Driver’s Details:

   • Note the driver’s name, phone number, and vehicle information.

3. Record Witness Information:

   • If there are any witnesses, ask for their contact information in case their statement is needed.
