If you’re involved in an accident during a ride, your safety comes first. Follow these steps to get help and report the incident properly:


 

Step 1: Ensure your safety

  • Check yourself and others for injuries
  • Move to a safe location if possible
  • Call local emergency services if immediate medical help is needed


Step 2: Inform the driver (if applicable)

  • If you’re a passenger, confirm that the driver is aware of the situation
  • Stay calm and avoid confrontation


Step 3: Report through the app

  • Open the app and go to Help / Support
  • Select your recent trip
  • Tap “Report an Accident”
  • Provide the required details:
    • Date and time of the incident
    • Location of the accident
    • Description of what happened
    • Photos (if safe to take)


Step 4: Gather information (if safe)

  • Take photos of the scene, vehicles, and any visible damage
  • Note the vehicle plate number and driver’s name
  • Collect contact details of witnesses, if available


Step 5: Wait for support assistance

  • Our support team will review your report and contact you if needed
  • We may assist with next steps such as insurance coordination or further investigation


Important reminders

  • Do not leave the scene immediately unless necessary for safety
  • Avoid admitting fault—stick to factual information
  • Only share details through official app channels for your protection
