- Tap “Report a Safety Issue” or “Report Harassment”
- Provide details such as:

- Driver or vehicle involved
- Any supporting screenshots or photos

- Verbal harassment or inappropriate comments
- Unwanted contact or behavior
- Discrimination of any kind
- Unsafe driving or threatening actions
- Requests to go outside the app for payment or ride
