Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. If you experience or witness any form of unsafe behavior or harassment during a ride, please report it immediately. 


What to do right away

  • Prioritize your safety
    If you feel in danger, ask the driver to stop in a safe, public area
  • Contact emergency services if needed
    In urgent situations, seek immediate help from local authorities
  • Stay connected
    Call or message someone you trust


How to report in the app

  1. Open the app and go to Help / Support
  2. Select your recent trip
  3. Tap “Report a Safety Issue” or “Report Harassment”
  4. Provide details such as:
    • What happened
    • Date and time
    • Driver or vehicle involved
    • Any supporting screenshots or photos


Types of incidents you should report

  • Verbal harassment or inappropriate comments
  • Unwanted contact or behavior
  • Discrimination of any kind
  • Unsafe driving or threatening actions
  • Requests to go outside the app for payment or ride


What happens next

  • Your report will be handled confidentially
  • Our safety team will review and may contact you for more details
  • Appropriate actions will be taken, which may include account suspension or investigation

  • You are not required to tolerate any uncomfortable situation
  • Always use the app’s official features for rides and communication
  • Avoid sharing personal contact details with drivers
