Contact the Company’s Support Team

    • If the incident is serious or you feel that the app’s reporting system is not enough, contact customer support directly via phone or email.

                    2.   Provide All Relevant Details:

  • Be clear and specific about what occurred. If there were any witnesses or evidence (such as text messages or video), share those details as well.

Document the Incident

  1. Keep a Record:

    • Document everything you can remember about the incident, including:

      • Date and time.

      • Driver’s name and vehicle details.

      • Any specific comments or behaviors that made you feel uncomfortable or threatened.

      • Screenshots of communication, if applicable.

  2. Save the Trip Information:

    • Keep a copy of your trip details (driver info, trip route, etc.) for future reference.

Involving Law Enforcement (If Necessary)

  1. File a Police Report:

    • If the harassment was serious (physical or sexual), or if you believe a crime was committed, you may choose to file a report with local law enforcement.

  2. Provide Evidence:

    • Share any relevant information with the police, such as screenshots, videos, or other evidence. Make sure to include details of the ride and driver.
