How to track your driver in real-time

Real-Time Map:

• A live map will appear on your screen showing the driver’s current location relative to your pickup point.

Monitor Driver's Route:

• You can see the driver’s vehicle moving on the map in real-time as they approach your location.

ETA Updates:

• The app provides an estimated time of arrival (ETA) that updates dynamically as the driver progresses towards your location.

Receive Notifications:

• You may also receive push notifications or text messages updating you on your driver’s status, such as when they are nearby.

In-App Messaging or Calling:

• If needed, you can contact the driver directly through the app to confirm their location, provide additional directions, or address any concerns.

• Use the in-app messaging feature or call the driver using the provided contact option.
