Resetting Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password or need to update it for security reasons, you can easily reset it through the app. 

How to reset your password

1. Open the app
   Launch the Okito app on your device
2. Tap “Forgot Password”
   On the login screen, select “Forgot Password?”
3. Enter your registered details
   Provide your mobile number or email address
4. Verify your account
   Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your phone or email
5. Create a new password
   Set a new password and confirm it
6. Log in again
   Use your new password to access your account 

Tips for creating a strong password

• Use a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols
• Avoid using easily guessed information (e.g., birthdays)
• Do not reuse passwords from other accounts

If you don’t receive the OTP

• Check your network signal or internet connection
• Wait a few seconds and tap “Resend Code”
• Make sure your mobile number or email is correct

• Never share your password or OTP with anyone
• Reset your password immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
• Keep your login details secure at all times
