Steps to update your profile
- Log in to your account
Open the Okito Driver App and sign in using your registered mobile number or email. - Access your profile
Go to the Profile or Account Settings section from the main menu. - Select “Edit Profile”
Tap the Edit option to begin updating your information. - Update your details
Modify any necessary information, such as:- Personal details (name, contact information)
- Vehicle details
- Other account-related information
- Upload supporting documents (if required)
If you are updating key details, you may need to upload new documents (e.g., updated driver’s license or vehicle registration). - Save your changes
Review all updates, then tap Save or Update to submit your changes.
After submitting updates
- You will receive a confirmation message once your changes are successfully submitted
- Some updates may undergo a verification process before they are reflected in your account
