Keeping your profile up to date ensures a smooth experience on the Okito platform. Follow the steps below to make changes to your account details.


Steps to update your profile

  1. Log in to your account
    Open the Okito Driver App and sign in using your registered mobile number or email.
  2. Access your profile
    Go to the Profile or Account Settings section from the main menu.
  3. Select “Edit Profile”
    Tap the Edit option to begin updating your information.
  4. Update your details
    Modify any necessary information, such as:
    • Personal details (name, contact information)
    • Vehicle details
    • Other account-related information
  5. Upload supporting documents (if required)
    If you are updating key details, you may need to upload new documents (e.g., updated driver’s license or vehicle registration).
  6. Save your changes
    Review all updates, then tap Save or Update to submit your changes.


After submitting updates

  • You will receive a confirmation message once your changes are successfully submitted
  • Some updates may undergo a verification process before they are reflected in your account
