What should I do if my phone number is already registered?

If you see a message that your phone number is already in use, don’t worry—this usually means an account has already been created using that number.


What you can do

1. Try logging in instead

  • Tap “Log In” instead of “Sign Up”
  • Enter your mobile number and password
  • If you remember your credentials, you’ll be able to access your account right away

2. Forgot your password?

  • Tap “Forgot Password” on the login screen
  • Enter your registered mobile number or email
  • Follow the instructions to reset your password and regain access

3. Check for duplicate accounts

  • You may have signed up before using a different method (e.g., email or referral link)
  • Try logging in using any email address you might have used previously

4. Still can’t access your account?

If you’re unable to log in or don’t recognize the account:

  • Contact Customer Support through the app or official support channels
  • Provide your mobile number and any relevant details for verification

  • Each mobile number can only be linked to one account
