If you believe you were charged the wrong amount for a ride, don’t worry—this can be reviewed and corrected. 


Why fares may differ

Your final fare may change from the initial estimate due to:

  • Route changes (e.g., detours, traffic conditions)
  • Additional stops added during the trip
  • Waiting time charges
  • Tolls, parking, or surcharges
  • Surge pricing applied at the time of booking


What you can do

1. Review your trip details

  • Go to Your Trips / Ride History
  • Select the trip in question
  • Check the fare breakdown and receipt


2. Compare with your booking details

  • Review your pickup and drop-off locations
  • Check if any changes were made during the ride
  • Confirm if extra charges (e.g., tolls) were applied


How to report a fare issue

  1. Open the app and go to Help / Support
  2. Select the relevant trip
  3. Tap “Fare Issue” or “Billing Concern”
  4. Provide details such as:
    • What seems incorrect
    • Expected vs. charged amount
    • Screenshots or receipts (if available)


What happens next

  • Your case will be reviewed by our support team
  • Adjustments or refunds will be processed if an error is confirmed
  • You may be contacted for additional details
