How to End a Trip and Confirm the Fare

1. Reach the Destination:

Once you’ve arrived at the rider’s destination, ensure you’ve dropped them off safely and in the correct location as indicated in the app.

2. Tap “End Trip”:

In the driver app, there will be an “End Trip” or “Complete Ride” button on the screen. Tap this to finalize the trip.

3. Review the Fare:

After ending the trip, the app will automatically calculate the total fare based on:

• Distance traveled.

• Time spent on the trip.

• Any applicable surge pricing or additional fees (e.g., tolls, airport fees).

The fare is visible both to you and the passenger.

4. Confirm the Fare:

The app will display the fare summary. Some apps will require you to confirm the final fare, while others will show it directly to the rider. In cases where there’s an issue, riders can dispute the fare through the app’s support feature.

5. Rate the Rider:

After confirming the fare, you’ll have an option to rate the rider, which helps improve the community experience.

6. Prepare for the Next Ride:

Once the fare is confirmed, you can either mark yourself available for another trip or go offline if you're finished driving.
