Can’t Receive Ride or Driver Notifications

Issue:

  • You’re not receiving notifications when your driver is arriving or when your ride is confirmed.

Solutions:

  • Enable Notifications: Ensure that notifications for the app are enabled.

    • iOS: Go to Settings > Notifications, and turn on notifications for the app.

    • Android: Go to Settings > Apps > App Notifications, and ensure notifications are enabled for the app.

  • Check Do Not Disturb Mode: If your phone is in Do Not Disturb mode, notifications may be blocked. Disable this mode to receive notifications.

  • Check App Settings: Some ride-hailing apps allow you to control which notifications you receive. Check the in-app settings to ensure notifications are enabled.
