How to Report an Issue After a Trip

If something went wrong during a trip — a dispute about the fare, a passenger who left something, or an incident — here's how to report it:

  1. Open the Partner App and go to the Activity tab.

  2. Find the trip in question and tap on it.

  3. Look for the 'Report Issue' option.

  4. Select the type of issue and describe what happened.

  5. Submit.

? Report issues as soon as possible after the trip. The sooner you report, the easier it is to investigate and resolve.
