Understanding the Trip Flow in the Partner App

Here's what happens step by step once you accept a booking:

1. Accept Booking → You'll see the customer's pick-up address and a map.

2. En Route to Pick-Up → Head to the customer's location. They can track you in real time.

3. Arrive at Pick-Up → Tap 'Arrived'. Verify the customer's Ride Passcode.

4. Start Trip → Once passcode is confirmed, tap 'Start Trip' and begin driving to the drop-off.

5. Navigate to Drop-Off → Follow the route on the map.

6. End Trip → At the destination, tap 'End Trip'.

7. Order Completed → You'll see your total payout, loyalty points earned, and a rating prompt.

8. Back to Home → You're ready for the next booking.
