Understanding the Okito Customer App

Once you're logged in, here's a quick tour of what you'll see:

Home Screen

This is your main screen. From here, you can access OK! Ride, OK! MotoTaxi, and OK! Express. You'll also see banners for ongoing promos and your available coupons at the top.

Activity Tab

All your past and ongoing bookings are here. Tap on any booking to see the full details — trip route, fare breakdown, and status.

Coupons Tab

This is where your discount coupons live. If someone gave you a promo code, it might appear here after you enter it.

Rewards Tab

Your OK! Points balance and available rewards. Every completed trip earns you points that you can use later.

Account Tab

Manage your profile, payment methods, emergency contacts, and app preferences here.

? Tip: Set up your emergency contact under Account > Emergency Contact before your first ride. It's a safety feature that lets your contact know you're on a trip.
