How to Contact a Customer During a Trip
Sometimes you need to confirm a pick-up spot, let a customer know you're almost there, or ask for directions to the drop-off. The Partner App lets you do this directly:
In-App Chat — Send a message through the booking screen. Quick and doesn't use your own load.
Call — Tap the phone icon on the active booking screen to call the customer directly.
? All calls and messages are kept within the app to protect both your and the customer's privacy.
