Fees for a Certificate of Public Convenience (CPC)

1. Filing Fee

• P510.00 for the first 2 units and an additional fee beyond the first 2 vehicles (additional charge per unit)

2. Franchise Verification Fee

• Usually 40.00

3. Legal Research Fee

• 10.00 added on top of the other fees.

4. Provisional Authority (PA) Fees:

• 520.00 for PA (optional, while waiting for the full franchise approval).

5. Inspection Fee:

• Varies depending on the number of units, but for a single vehicle, it is usually 150.00 to 300.00 per unit

6. Publication Fee (if required)

• Publishing cost of application in a newspaper of national circulation could range 3,000.00 to 10,000.00 depending on the chosen application.

Usually, for a single unit application, an estimate of 1000.00 to 2000.00 for the initial LTFRB fees (publication fee not yet included since optional).
