Tips	Optional add-ons given by customers. Goes 100% to you.
Incentives	Performance rewards from Okito campaigns (e.g., complete 10 trips this week)
Referral rewards	Points or cash from inviting new partners to join
Promo reimbursements	If a customer used a promo, Okito covers the discount so you still earn the full share
