How Cash Bookings Affect Your Wallet

Created by Okito Admin, Modified on Fri, 12 Jun at 3:34 PM by Okito Admin

When a customer pays you in cash for a trip:

  1. You collect the full fare in cash from the passenger (e.g., ₱100).

  2. Okito deducts the 15% commission (₱15) from your Top-Up Wallet.

  3. Your Top-Up Wallet balance goes from ₱800 to ₱785 (in this example).

  4. Your Partner Wallet is not affected by cash trips directly.

This is why keeping your Top-Up Wallet loaded matters. If it drops below the minimum threshold (currently ₱800), you'll stop receiving cash booking requests.

? Tip: Top up your wallet regularly to stay eligible for cash bookings. You can do this through the Wallet tab in the Partner App.
