(Ride, Moto-Taxi, and Express Delivery)

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OK!TO platform, including its mobile application and website (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and agree to be bound by these Terms.
OK!TO is operated by Duradrive Technologies Inc.
2. Nature of the Platform
OK!TO provides a digital platform that connects Consumers with independent third-party service providers (“Partners”) for:
• TNVS Ride services
• Moto-Taxi transportation
• Express Delivery
Partners are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of OK!TO. Partners perform the actual transportation or delivery services. OK!TO facilitates bookings, payments, safety features, and customer support through the Platform.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.
Only one account per user is permitted unless otherwise approved by OK!TO.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information at all times.
4. Services
Estimated pickup, arrival, and delivery times displayed in the Platform are provided for reference only and may vary due to traffic, weather, connectivity, or operational conditions.
5. Payments
All applicable fees are displayed prior to booking confirmation.
Payment methods may include cash and digital payment options available in the Platform.
Completed services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise determined by OK!TO after review.
Optional tips, if enabled, are provided directly to Partners.
6. Cancellations and Fees
Ride and Moto-Taxi
Cancellation fees may apply if:
• You cancel after a Partner has accepted the booking
• You fail to appear at the pickup location
• The Partner waits beyond the grace period shown in the Platform
Express Delivery
Once a delivery booking is confirmed, cancellation may result in partial or full charges, especially if pickup or transit has commenced.
Refunds or adjustments are subject to OK!TO review on a case-by-case basis.
7. Discount Eligibility (Senior Citizens, PWDs, and Students)
Discounts must be selected during booking and supported by valid government-issued or school-issued identification.
The qualified Consumer (Senior Citizen, PWD, or Student) must be physically present for the booking.
Partners may request verification of original identification prior to starting the service.
If eligibility cannot be verified, OK!TO and/or the Partner reserve the right to remove the discount or cancel the booking.
Retroactive discounts are not permitted.
8. Express Delivery Rules
Value Limit
The declared value of delivery items must not exceed PHP 10,000 per booking unless otherwise approved within the Platform.
Allowable Items
Consumers may send everyday personal or business items such as documents, clothing, small electronics, packaged non-perishable food, gifts, and office supplies, provided all items are properly packed and safe for transport.
Prohibited Items
You must not send:
• Illegal substances or items
• Weapons, explosives, or flammable materials
• Hazardous chemicals
• Live animals
• Human remains
• Currency, passports, government IDs, or credit/debit cards
• Pornographic materials
• Counterfeit goods
• Any item prohibited by Philippine law
OK!TO and Partners reserve the right to refuse or cancel deliveries involving prohibited items.
9. Pets and Live Animals (Ride and Moto-Taxi)
For the safety of Consumers and Partners, pets and live animals are not permitted on Ride or Moto-Taxi bookings.
Bookings may be refused or cancelled if this rule is violated.
10. Safety Features and Emergency Assistance
Moto-Taxi and Ride services include a built-in Emergency option accessible from the Route screen.
Consumers may nominate an emergency contact within the Platform. When the Emergency option is activated:
• An SMS notification is sent to the nominated contact
• The message includes the Consumer’s current route and location, where available
Access to route tracking and live location sharing requires an active internet connection and a compatible mobile device. OK!TO does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of these features due to network or device limitations.
11. Incident Reporting
Accidents, safety concerns, service issues, or lost items must be reported promptly through OK!TO’s official support channels.

OK!TO will reasonably assist in reviewing reported incidents and concerns. However, Partners remain responsible for the performance of transportation and delivery services.
12. Privacy and Personal Data
OK!TO collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Personal information may be shared with Partners solely for service fulfillment, safety, and operational purposes.

13. Limitation of Responsibility
OK!TO facilitates bookings, payments, safety tools, and customer support.
Partners are responsible for performing transportation and delivery services.
To the extent permitted by law, OK!TO is not liable for delays, Partner conduct, traffic conditions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted under applicable Philippine consumer protection laws.
14. Suspension and Termination
OK!TO may suspend or deactivate accounts for violations of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, fraudulent activity, or safety concerns.
Inactive accounts may be restricted after extended inactivity, with notice where reasonably practicable.

16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
