How to Cancel a Booking

We know plans change. Here's how to cancel a booking:

Go to your active booking screen.
Tap the options icon (usually three dots or a menu icon).
Select 'Cancel Booking'.
Choose a reason for cancellation.
Confirm the cancellation.

If a driver has already been matched and is en route, a cancellation fee may apply depending on how far they've traveled. You'll see the details on screen before you confirm.

? Cancellation fees are designed to be fair to our driver-partners who are already on their way. When in doubt, reach out to the driver first through in-app chat before cancelling.
