The Ride Passcode is a 4-digit code that appears on both your Customer App and your driver's Partner App once a booking is confirmed.
Think of it as a quick verification step. When your driver arrives, they'll show you or ask for the passcode to confirm they're with the right passenger. You match the codes, and you're good to go.
This is especially useful at busy pickup points like malls, train stations, or terminals where multiple Okito drivers might be around at the same time.
