Account restrictions usually happen for one of these reasons:
An important document has expired (license, registration, clearance)
There's an unresolved complaint or violation on your account
Your Top-Up Wallet has fallen below the minimum threshold
You missed a required re-verification or update
Here's what to do:
Check your email and SMS for any notification from Okito explaining the restriction.
Log into the Partner App — restrictions and action items are often displayed on your home screen.
If it's a document issue, upload the updated documents immediately.
If it's a wallet issue, top up your Top-Up Wallet.
If you're unsure, contact Okito support through the Help Center or call our hotline.
? Restrictions are temporary in most cases. Address the issue promptly and your account will be restored.
