What is TNVS/CPC and Why Does It Matter for OK! Ride?

TNVS stands for Transport Network Vehicle Service. CPC stands for Certificate of Public Convenience. PA is Primary Authority. These are the government-issued permits that authorize your vehicle to operate as a for-hire transport under LTFRB (Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board) regulations.

If you're driving for OK! Ride (4-wheel), you need at least one of these to be compliant. Without it, you cannot legally operate as a ride-hailing partner.

Okito verifies this document during onboarding and periodically checks compliance. It's your responsibility to keep it current.

? If you're not sure whether your existing vehicle has a TNVS/CPC, contact the LTFRB or visit their office. Okito cannot process your application without it for OK! Ride.
