After you submit all your documents, the admin team will review everything within 48 to 72 hours on business days.
If your documents are complete and meet all requirements, you'll receive an SMS and email notification with your orientation schedule. Orientation is required before you go live on the platform.
If something is missing or needs correction, you'll be contacted to resubmit. That's why it's important to double-check everything before hitting Submit.
