All users are expected to follow safety guidelines and act responsibly at all times.

Respectful Behavior

Everyone using Okito must treat each other with courtesy and professionalism.

Prohibited behavior

• Harassment, threats, or intimidation

2. Select the relevant trip
3. Choose “Report Safety Issue” or “Report Discrimination”
4. Provide details and supporting evidence if available

All reports are handled confidentially.

Enforcement and Actions

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Warnings
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account deactivation
• Further investigation if necessary

Serious cases may be referred to local authorities.
